_builder_version=&#8221;4.9.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p> A very simple but equally tasty side dish, perfect to be paired with a main course of meat or as a condiment for polenta or on a nice bruschetta. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style = \"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li> 800 g of mixed mushrooms (porcini, field mushrooms, chanterelles, etc.) <\/li>\n<li> 1 clove of garlic <\/li>\n<li> Extra virgin olive oil to taste <\/li>\n<li> Parsley to taste <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Preparation :<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style = \"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li> Thoroughly clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. <\/li>\n<li> Brown the garlic clove in a pan with some oil. <\/li>\n<li> Put the porcini mushrooms in the pan with oil and garlic and cook for a couple of minutes before adding the rest of the mushrooms. <\/li>\n<li> Continue to cook for a few minutes over high heat, adding salt and pepper and mix always very carefully so as not to flake the mushrooms during cooking. <\/li>\n<li> When cooked, add the chopped parsley and remove the mushrooms from the heat. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
